Maple leaves in a Japanese garden - momiji no koyo- 紅葉

Now is the best time to enjoy the beauty of autumn. I tried to quote some words from a novel describing red leaves, but I have not remembered even one novel. haha
Tanizaki described  gorgeous cherry blossoms in full bloom at Maruyama park in Kyoto. How about autumn?

Many ancient Japanese poems assimilated red and yellow leaves floating on a river  to brocade.

    Fluttering from the autumn tree.
