On my way to see cherry blossoms, I found an old tomb as big as a hill. The explanation plate says this tomb was built in 6th century, having 120m length and 11m height. I have no idea how people made this. The tomb is surrounded with yellow flowers now.
The excavation has been conducted.
Really interesting!
ReplyDeleteHello rtc, This reminds me of the burial mounds built by the American Indians, some of which are located in my state, Ohio. They were true engineering feats for people who only had simple hand tools to work with.

Dating back to the 6th Century ... amazing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these images.
All the best Jan
I believe that blanket of yellow wildflower might be white mustard. In any event, a beautiful image.
