Sudden Coldness 天氣變冷了

We enjoyed warm days for a few weeks and the temperature suddenly goes down today in the cold rain.
There are only pansies preparing the arrival of spring outside of the library.
This is a young tree of magnolia kobus.
The flower is tough against coldness.
A fairy of cherry blossom is still sleeping in a pink bud. 人生一世閒如白駒過隙 何至自苦如此乎。

  1. Hello rtc, It looks like your spring is ready to go and saving itself for the first nice days of weather to reveal itself fully.

We have been having a rainy and cold spring in Taipei after a warm and mild winter. Not much opportunity to take photos of the spring blossoms. In Ohio, the early spring produced the most delicate early flowers in the woods; I could never wait to start seeking them. And of course, early spring also produced my favorite time--the maple sugar season.

  2. How quickly that fairy will emerge, when the sun warms it up! Spring will arrive so soon...

  3. Sudden lovely change in weather turns everything around into beauty.
Delicate white flowers seem strong enough to face this coldness. Hope you too enjoying it friend

  5. Those cherry blossom trees are so pretty, aren't they? Your temperatures sound like ours right now...warm days for awhile, then rain again. I've always admired the magnolia trees. Your pictures are interesting and lovely.

Thank you for all your sweet comments, my friend. I appreciate them so much.

  6. Oh, finally spring will come to your place, roughterrain crane. We are in cold spring as well, temperature is doing down and up, snow melted but there is no warmth. Love your last photo, so promising.

  9. I do like pansies and their pretty faces.
It is lovely to see the trees coming into bloom before the leaves come.
