Around 7th in April, cherries were in full bloom this spring.
Each petal enjoys the sunshine in the silence.
The path under the trees are covered with white petals. It looks like a snowfall.
Cloudy days often meet the blooming season of cherry. The weather condition is not steady in the early April.
I saw the blue sky over the blossoms this day.
This kind is older than Someiyoshino, which is most popular in the world now. The branches grow downward like a willow.
We are still amid COVID-19, visitors were not many. People used to visit this park and enjoy karaoke, eat fried noodles and snacks or drink beer sold in stands set in the park. No event was held 2020 and 2021.
Young mothers took their children here this day. I was able to catch children's voices clearer than ever in this season.
Gorgeous cherry trees!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Hopefully next year, celebrations can be held again!
ReplyDeleteThese blossoms are simply spectacular. I can only imagine the joy of waking under them or sitting and sharing a picnic. It is breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for stopping by and leaving such lovely comments on my blog!
Dearest RTC,
ReplyDeleteGuess for the beauty of cherry blossoms, Japan is the world's winner!
Rain does knock down the fragile petals too soon... but yet it looks special when the ground is covered with them.
Thanks for sharing this and we too enjoyed visiting a big Japanese garden at Gibbs Gardens on April 8. Here the governor has changed all Covid restrictions on that date; freedom again!
Hugs,
Mariette
So beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteHello rtc, We all need some recharging in the spring. How smart Japan was to plant these cherry trees to ensure a magnificent bloom each year. The U.S. has many harbingers of spring, including floral ones, but Taiwan need to get some sort of unique vernal tradition going.

Your photos are beautiful! Such gorgeous blossoms.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful display of cherry trees! They are like clouds....
ReplyDeleteThey sure are beautiful! I was looking again at your other post of them just the other day. I would love to see them for myself.
ReplyDeleteWe have the same cherry trees in our yard! A man from Japan promoted the planting of these cherry trees here in Rockdale County, Georgia years ago and we have enjoyed the blooms ever since! (The Japanese man was the owner of Maxell Tapes, so that shows you how long ago it was!)
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful trees, it is amazing how beautiful they are when blooming, I wish they bloomed all year long.

Lovely cherry trees. We've had warm weather all last week and mostly cloudless sky. Warmer Saturday and Sunday. Cooler this week with some clouds. Finally. Still social.distancing and masks.Bleah! There are areas in Oregon tbat are open. Again. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cherry blossoms. Lovely to walk under the cherry blossoms. Since it is not crowded with visitors, this is the best time to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature around you. The numbers of Covid has increased in our city for the past week.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful.
ReplyDelete好美啊!
ReplyDeleteThe cherry blossoms are beautiful. I especially love the Pink ones. That picture of the blossom tree against the yellow building is charming. I am starting to see them blooming here in the mountains in the neighborhoods and along the main street. Such a pretty time of year. The fried noodles and cold beer sounds delicious.

Ana
