A Path In The Cedar Forest

In the end of July, I went to the natural park. The summer of 2021 is terribly hotter than 2020. We have suffered continuous heat attacks 33 - 34℃ since the rainy season ended on 16 July.  I woke up earlier and arrived at the park on 8 am.

I chose this path for the first time. The air was still cool and I didn't meet anyone during my walk on it.

The contrast beauty of cedar's reddish barks and green leaves attracted me very much in silence. The air in the conifer forest is simply marvelous.

  2. Dearest RTC,
Well, I would have loved to rise early for this climb up into the spectacular Cedar Forest!
The air no doubt was both fresh and scented.
Glad you enjoyed it. My Pieter would not have been able to climb those stairs but I would have love to!
    Hugs,

  3. What a pretty trail at the park. It looks so peaceful. It's a good time to take a walk early in the morning. We had a hot Summer too. Looking forward to Autumn. That's good that you got rain until July. We really need it here in California.

  4. Hello rtc, What a lovely woods to be able to walk through. The prepared trail is nice, but sometimes I like to get off the trail and do a little exploring. At least your rainy season has an end. In Taiwan it apparently rains whenever it feels like it, and that's been a lot, lately.

  6. Nice cool forest you visited. It's been hot here in Oregon this week. Hopefully it won't get back into the high 90-100 degrees F after this. Stay cool and safe!😀

  10. Beautiful scenery. It has been terribly hot here too, but we have had lots and lots of rain! The good thing is the clouds keep the temperature down.

  12. Do you have mosquitoes in these beautiful cedar forests? They are the one flying insect which I have a serious problem with - they love me unfortunately!!!
The greens and reds are lovely in the early morning light and the split rail fence and wood steps keep a feeling of 'natural' close by even though manmade - thank you for sharing.
Hope it cools down there soon - we are so hot here also!

  15. It seems that summer has been very hot all over the world. But, walking in this forest would seem to be a cooling break. And often walking alone is great for getting away from the world. Thank you for the visit and comment on my blog.
