Hello rtc, What a wonderful sight, all those cherry trees. I wonder if the blossoms attract many wild bees, or are they also getting fewer in Japan? In the U.S. honeybees used to be a big part of spring, but now they are very few, and commercial orchardists must import hives from beekeepers. --Jim
Such an amazing long planting of beautiful cherry trees - walking along there must be heavenly.
We are walking in our neighborhood which is pretty at this time of year, even a few cherry trees - but sadly, no river and we are not allowed to go to public parks where there are small lakes and ponds.
Yes. Beautiful cherry trees. When we were out walking we saw some white flakes fall on us. It was from a tree on other side of street. It's nice and warm outdoors. Thankful we're able walk outdoors. Take care!!
What beautiful cherry blossoms. Do you know that CHERRIES are my favorite fruit? It sounds like you had a peaceful walk amongst the cherry trees. Our blossom trees have come and gone here in California. Spring starts early here.
